Design Philosophy: A celebration of nature and sustainability, translating the farm-to-table ethos into architectural elements.

Inspirations: Scandinavian minimalism paired with rustic charm, inspired by countryside bistros in France and Italy.

Studied pedestrian traffic and visibility to optimize the restaurant’s entrance and outdoor seating area.
Analyzed acoustics to ensure a pleasant dining experience despite the open kitchen design.
Phase 2: Design and Planning
Designed a flexible seating layout that balances intimacy and community.
Incorporated large windows and skylights to flood the interior with natural light during the day.
